Hi, I’m Vincas Stonys
I’m a software engineer by day and a tea shop owner by night. I started Viston Tea blog to get more people to drink loose-leaf tea. Do you want to find the best-tasting tea for you? If so – welcome, you’re in the right place!
For a long time, the only tea I was familiar with came in tea bags that I bought at a supermarket. I thought it tasted fine (with a lot of sugar), but one day, I decided to splurge a bit, and got some loose-leaf Twinning Earl Grey – it was so much better than what I previously had! It made me realize that the world of tea had more to offer than I previously thought.
Several years back, I ordered my first batch of high-quality loose-leaf tea from Halmari tea estate. It was great – the tea tasted a lot more interesting and nuanced, but while looking at the catalog of dozens of teas I quickly got overwhelmed by unfamiliar names and vague descriptions. I wished that loose-leaf tea was more accessible.
I’ve decided to learn all I can about tea and build my own loose-leaf tea brand that helps people improve their tea drinking experience. That’s how I’ve created Viston Tea. Now I run a small online tea shop and educate people on my tea blog.
What is Viston Tea?
I want people to stop drinking dust and start drinking tea.
However, I know how daunting it can be to switch from tea bags to loose-leaf tea. That’s why I’ve carefully selected loose-leaf tea that will taste familiar to people used to tea bags, but a lot better. I opened an online tea shop, so you can easily buy it directly from me.
I want Viston Tea shop to be the best online loose-leaf tea shop for people switching to tea bags, and help them discover all that tea has to offer. You can visit it on vistontea.com.
What is Viston Tea Blog about?
On my blog, I educate people about tea. On Viston Tea blog you will find articles about the tea plant Camellia Sinensis, the tea culture, and tea history. I also give tips to make your tea taste good, share tea stories and secrets, and give reviews and recommendations.
After reading my blog you will want to experience the real taste of tea – and the only way to do it is through loose-leaf tea.
I’m interested to hear about your discoveries, so make sure to leave comments as you read. But for now…
